Team Introduction

Aaron Butterfield

Aaron Butterfield

ere at DeNovus Insights we pride ourselves on delivering quality service to our clients and customers. What is unique about our depth coaching approach is that we go to great lengths to avoid thinking traps and confirmation bias while dealing with complex issues. We keep in mind that to effectively lead our clients, we must know how to positively influence people and provide purpose, direction and motivation, which, given our net experience in the corporate and military domains, we are skillful at doing so.

am 100% committed to the personal satisfaction of clients and customers. I bring over 20 years of leadership and management experience to the table and aspire to use my experiences to positively impact and influence others. I am of the opinion that one should never underestimate their potential. Sometimes a fresh perspective from an objective source is exactly what a person needs—a change agent that can assist the client at seeing the world the way it is, rather than they way he or she is.

About Aaron

Adventurers finally climbed Mount Everest, not by standing at its base in consuming awe, but by shouldering their packs and by placing one foot in front of another. Feet are made to move forward-not backward!”
